Qualifications
- Two years or more experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.
- Cash handling experience using POS system or cashier register.
- Smart Serve Certification and Food Safe Level 1 are required/preferred.
- Strong selling, marketing, and service skills in dining or promotions.
Responsibilities
- Maintains expert knowledge of products, events and promotions.
- Takes orders, expedites and serves food and beverages within time guidelines.
- Participates in promotional activities and social media involvement.
- Introduces or presents live entertainment as required.
