Job summary

Red Robin Kelowna is hiring Servers to join our front-of-house team at 1920 Cooper Rd, Kelowna, BC V1Y 8K5. If you enjoy meeting people and delivering great guest experiences, we’d love to hear from you. Previous serving experience is welcome but not required.

Training will be provided to help you become a confident Server. We offer a base wage of $18.25/hour + tips, with full-time and part-time positions available and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Friendliness and guest focus are essential.
• Willingness to learn menu and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and creating a positive guest experience from start to finish.
• Taking accurate food and beverage orders.
• Learning the menu and helping guests with recommendations.
• Serving food and beverages efficiently and accurately.
• Checking in with guests and anticipating needs.
• Processing payments accurately.
• Keeping tables and sections clean and organized.
• Working closely with Hosts, Bartenders, Expeditors, kitchen and restaurant leaders.
• Following responsible alcohol-service and food-safety procedures.
• Helping create an experience that keeps guests coming back.
