Job summary

Red Robin Guildford is hiring servers to join our front-of-house team at 10237 152 St, Surrey, BC V3R 4G6. If you enjoy meeting people, creating great guest experiences, and working with an energetic restaurant team, we'd love to hear from you.

Previous serving experience is welcome, but not required. Training will be provided to help you become a confident Server. Base wage is $18.25/hour + tips with benefits for eligible full-time staff and opportunities for growth into supervisory roles.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with guests.
• Team-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Able to stay organized while managing multiple tables.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and creating a positive experience from start to finish.
• Taking accurate food and beverage orders.
• Learning the menu and helping guests with recommendations.
• Serving food and beverages efficiently and accurately.
• Processing payments accurately.
• Keeping tables and section clean and organized.
• Work with Hosts, Bartenders, Expeditors, kitchen, and leaders.
• Follow alcohol-service and food-safety procedures.
