Job summary

Red Robin Kelowna is hiring Hosts to join our front-of-house team at 1920 Cooper Rd, Kelowna, BC V1Y 8K5. This role offers a base wage of $18.25/hour plus tip-out, with both full-time and part-time positions available.

No previous restaurant experience is required — we’ll train you. You’ll greet guests, manage seating and wait times, and help ensure a smooth, welcoming dining experience.

Qualifications

• Friendly, welcoming attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
• Dependable and ready to work with a positive, respectful attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a busy restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage the waitlist and provide accurate wait-time estimates.
• Seat guests and maintain an organized table rotation.
• Communicate with servers and leaders to manage guest flow.
• Answer guest questions and provide general restaurant information.
• Answer restaurant phone calls when needed.
• Keep the entrance and host area clean and welcoming.
• Support front-of-house during busy periods.
• Provide friendly and helpful service throughout your shift.
