Qualifications

• Willing to relocate and work flexible opening/closing and overnight shifts including weekends.
• Supervisor experience in food service is an asset.
• Guest-focused with passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the restaurant team, ensure adequate coverage during shifts.
• Enforce policies on cash handling, meals/breaks, and food safety with on-floor coaching.
• Ensure enforcement of Compass Group Canada and Tim Hortons standards related to operations, safety, and quality.
