Job summary

Pursuit is seeking a Guest Experience Supervisor to lead guest-facing operations across multiple Canadian locations. You will coordinate daily guest service, mentor frontline teams, and uphold service and safety standards while collaborating with management across departments.

Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, coaching, scheduling, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. A positive, inclusive culture and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-focused roles within hospitality, tourism, or customer service.
• Ability to lead teams up to 40 individuals.
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability across locations.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Budget management, cash handling, merchandising, and scheduling experience.
• First Aid Certification an asset
• Multilingualism an asset
• Class 4 Driver's License an asset
• Consent to criminal record check is required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily guest service operations and supervise frontline teams.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and evaluate team members.
• Ensure service, safety, and operational standards are met across locations.
• Lead with Guest Experience Manager and cross-functional leaders.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and training programs.
• Handle guest issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain cash handling, POS use, reconciliations, and audits.
• Engage with internal and external partners to support operations.
