Job summary

Blue Mountain Resort is seeking a Seasonal Rental Attendant to assist guests with ski and snowboard equipment rental. You will educate guests, recommend suitable gear, and ensure accurate information is recorded for a smooth day on the slopes.

This role requires physical fitness, the ability to lift 40lbs, and a customer‑focused approach. Shifts include evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of a vibrant summer team at Canada’s largest mountain resort.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to lift 40lbs.
• Must achieve an 80% or higher on binding manufacturer exam.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (Christmas, Family Day Weekend, March Break).

Responsibilities

• Educate guests on the rental process and answer questions.
• Provide a high-quality guest experience by selecting rental equipment suited to the guest's ability.
• Set up equipment, share product knowledge, and explain operation to guests.
• Ensure all rental procedures are followed, including accurate waivers, scanning, and DINs on skis.
