Responsibilities

Supervise the front desk function and assist in guest check-in/check-out.
Schedule staff according to occupancy and labour standards; monitor costs to stay within budget.
Upsell rooms to maximize hotel revenue.
Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and complete relevant reports.
Provide guests with information on local attractions and hotel services.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.
Respond to guest complaints with appropriate service recovery actions.
