• Upsell rooms to maximize hotel revenue.
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and complete relevant reports.
• Provide guests with information on local attractions and hotel services.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.
• Respond to guest complaints with appropriate service recovery actions.
