Job summary

Iconic Wineries of British Columbia (IWBC) invites applicants to join our hospitality teams across the Okanagan Valley. As a member of our guest-focused venues, you will deliver outstanding service in tasting rooms, restaurants, retail boutiques, and events, while sharing the stories behind our wines, vineyards, and experiences.

We provide comprehensive paid training and wine education, with wages starting at 18.25 CAD per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality, tourism, retail, food & beverage, or customer service experience
• Passion for wine, food, tourism, agriculture, or guest experiences
• Second language considered an asset

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding guest service in tasting rooms, restaurants, retail boutiques, and hospitality venues
• Share the stories behind our wines, vineyards, wineries, and experiences
• Develop and maintain knowledge of our wines, culinary offerings, and guest experiences
• Greet guests, respond to inquiries, and ensure a welcoming environment
• Conduct wine, merchandise, and experience sales
• Support events, tours, tastings, and seasonal experiences
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety within guest-facing areas
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional hospitality

The Life of Our Hospitality Team:

As part of our Hospitality Team, you will help create exceptional experiences for visitors from around the world by:
