Job summary

Mission Hill Family Estate in British Columbia offers seasonal (May–October 2027) or permanent culinary roles across its Terrace, Home Block, and Liquidity restaurant locations. Roles span Sous Chef to Line Cook and more, with training and wine education benefits.

Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of experience in a professional culinary environment.
  • Strong technical culinary skills and knowledge of contemporary cooking techniques.
  • Passion for food, hospitality, and continuous learning.
  • Interest in food and wine pairings and local ingredients.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable meeting the physical requirements of the role, including lifting up to 50 lbs., standing for extended periods.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

As Part Of Our Culinary Team, You Will

What We're Looking For
