As part of our culinary team, you will:

  • Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, cleanliness, and safety

  • Build lasting professional relationships within Canada's wine and hospitality industries
What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum one year of experience in a professional culinary environment (role dependent)
  • Strong technical culinary skills and knowledge of contemporary cooking techniques
  • Passion for food, hospitality, and continuous learning
  • Interest in food and wine pairings and local ingredients
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable meeting the physical requirements of the role, including lifting up to 50 lbs., standing for extended periods, and working in kitchen environments
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • A sense of urgency and strong work ethic
  • Adaptability and comfort with change
  • Teamwork and trust in others
  • Willingness to learn and accept feedback
  • Authenticity, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
