Job summary

Havana Vancouver, based in Vancouver, BC, is seeking a Food and Beverage Server who is self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills. The role is Permanent, Full-time with Day, Evening, and Morning shifts, located in Vancouver, BC.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, present menus, and describe daily specials.
• Take orders accurately and relay to kitchen and bar staff.
• Prepare and serve food at tables and assist with wine selection.
• Address customer complaints and ensure excellent service.
• Provide bills and accept payments (cash, card, or travellers cheques).
• Train staff and supervise as needed.
• Help guests with special needs and ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain table cleanliness and assist with clearing and resetting tables.
