Responsibilities

• Greets guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assists in seating guests when required and supports servers during busy periods.
• Clears and resets tables quickly and efficiently.
• Ensures tables, counters, and service areas are clean, sanitized, and stocked.
• Restocks cutlery, glassware, plates, condiments, and service stations as needed.
• Delivers food and beverages to tables when appropriate.
• Monitors guest needs and communicates requests to servers or management.
• Assists in resolving guest concerns by notifying the appropriate team member.
• Performs opening, closing, and side duties as assigned.
• Handles basic cleaning tasks and maintains cleanliness standards.
• Communicates effectively with all operational departments.

Under the direction of the Supervisor, Food & Beverage, the Bus Person supports the service team by maintaining a clean, organized, and guest‑ready dining environment in the F&B areas. This role contributes to a safe, efficient, and welcoming workplace while upholding all company policies and procedures.

Key Accountabilities
