Hyatt Regency Vancouver is seeking a dedicated Server Assistant (Full-Time) to join our fast-paced, full-service Restaurant and In-room Dining team. The role focuses on assisting the Server in serving guests, maintaining sanitary service stations and supporting smooth restaurant operations.

The position requires friendly, professional communication, reliability for flexible shifts (including weekends and holidays), and the ability to work in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Must have true desire to satisfy guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Previous food and beverage experience is an asset.
• Food Safe Level 1 and Serving It Right certificates.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers in serving guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of service stations and work areas.
• Stock replenishment and equipment organization.
• General restaurant preparation and sanitation responsibilities.
• Provide courteous service and handle guest interactions professionally.
