Job summary

Cineplex Entertainment LP in Barrie is seeking a Restaurant/Amusement Service Manager to lead guest experience and operating excellence at Barrie Park Place Rec Room. This role reports to the Senior Service Manager and is based at 8 North Village Way, Barrie ON.

You will drive profitability, coach venue management, and ensure safety, standards, and exceptional guest service across Amusement, Food & Beverage, and retail.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience managing a high volume restaurant or venue with guest service excellence.
• Post-Secondary education in business and/or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to analyze and interpret customer needs and provide solutions.
• Experience in customer service and people management.
• Proven ability to lead a team during high volume periods and manage multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain excellent guest service and guest experience across all departments.
• Maintain seamless operation of Amusement, Food & Beverage, Guest Service and retail in the Rec Room.
• Ensure health, safety and cleanliness standards are met; monitor facilities and restrooms.
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly checklists and ensure inspections are up to date.
• Lead Groups & Events and execute company programs to drive profitability and guest satisfaction.
