Qualifications

• 2 years of restaurant team leadership & management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Strong time management and organizational skills with multitasking.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Champion for food safety and public health practices.
• Food Handlers Certification.
• Barista experience.

Responsibilities

• Providing best-in-class hospitality to guests, vendors and delivery partners.
• Oversee front-of-house operations and assist Restaurant General Manager.
• Lead recruitment, training and scheduling of Guest Experience Team.
• Coach staff, drive standards and conduct regular huddles.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence; address concerns promptly.
• Lead weekly and monthly performance reviews and payroll reconciliation.
