Job summary

Impact Kitchen is a team‑oriented restaurant in Toronto seeking a Guest Experience Team Member. You will be the first point of contact for guests, take orders, prepare beverages, and ensure quick, friendly service across front-of-house tasks.

You will collaborate with Culinary Experience counterparts, support barista duties, and help maintain cleanliness and order at the POS and service areas.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of food safety/public health practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class hospitality to guests, vendors and delivery partners.
• Serve drinks and dishes, including coffee and smoothies.
• Prepare take-out orders for guests and delivery partners.
• Input orders accurately into POS to ensure smooth service.
• Set up and close barista and smoothie stations; maintain cleanliness.
• Assist other restaurant tasks and teammates as required.
