Qualifications

• 1 year of kitchen experience or more
• Strong knowledge of food safety and public health practices
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Able to work well in a team in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to stand for extended periods
• Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Work Permit required
• Food Handlers Certification preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Prepare, produce and execute menu items following recipes and quality standards
• Operate and maintain the dishwashing area
• Assist with custodial duties as needed
• Receive and store deliveries for commissary and suppliers
• Ensure proper storage and FIFO of products
• Clean and sanitize kitchen spaces and equipment
• Adhere to food safety and workplace guidelines
