Red Robin Victoria is hiring a Host to join our front-of-house team at 800 Tolmie Ave, Victoria, BC V8X 3W4. No experience required — we'll train you. $18.25/hour base wage plus tip-out. Full-time and part-time positions available.

As a Host, you'll greet guests, manage seating and wait times, and work with servers to ensure a smooth guest experience. Flexible day, evening, and weekend scheduling, with opportunities to grow into Server, Shift Supervisor, and Management roles.

Qualifications

• No prior restaurant experience required.
• Training provided for the right person.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Manage waitlist and provide accurate wait-time estimates.
• Seat guests and maintain organized rotation for seating.
• Communicate with servers and leaders to manage guest flow.
• Answer guest questions and assist with restaurant information.
