Job summary

Red Robin Prince George, 1600 15th Ave #101, Prince George, BC V2L 3X3, is hiring for the Host position.

This on-site role offers a base wage of $18.25/hour plus tip-out with both full-time and part-time shifts. No experience required—we’ll train you. You’ll greet guests, manage seating and wait times, and support the front-of-house team to create a smooth, welcoming guest experience. You’ll gain experience in guest service and teamwork while opportunities to advance exist.

Qualifications

• No prior restaurant experience required; training provided.
• Experience in guest-facing roles welcome but not required.
• Willing to learn and take direction.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage seating in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage the waitlist and provide accurate wait-time estimates.
• Seat guests and maintain an organized table rotation; assist servers.
• Communicate with servers and leaders to manage guest flow.
• Answer guest questions and provide restaurant information.
• Keep entrance, host area, and waiting area clean and welcoming.
• Support front-of-house team during busy periods.
• Provide friendly and helpful service throughout your shift.
