Job summary

Red Robin Coquitlam is hiring Hosts to join our front-of-house team at 3000 Lougheed Hwy, Coquitlam, BC V3B 1A1. No experience required—we’ll train you and help you start in the restaurant industry.

As a Host, you’ll greet guests, manage seating and wait times, and work with servers to create a smooth, enjoyable experience. Base wage is $18.25/hour plus tip-out, with both full-time and part-time positions available, plus flexible day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Friendly and dependable with a positive attitude.
• Willing to learn and work in a busy restaurant environment.
• No prior restaurant experience required — training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage waitlist and provide accurate wait-time estimates.
• Seat guests and maintain an organized rotation.
• Communicate with servers and leaders to manage guest flow.
• Answer guest questions and assist with general restaurant information.
