Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
• 1 year of restaurant service experience.
• Excellent conflict resolution and communication skills.
• Computer literacy including MS Word, Excel and e-mail.

Responsibilities

• Receive and record guests' reservations and assign tables.
• Greet guests and escort to tables; maintain menu item knowledge.
• Attend to guest satisfaction and handle complaints.
• Assist with dining room supplies and equipment; ensure hygiene standards.
• Support servers and staff; take payments as required.
