Pursuit Collection is hiring at our Banff location to welcome guests and manage front desk responsibilities with a focus on personalized service within Canada\'s iconic national park. You will handle check-ins, reservations, and guest requests while promoting our rooms and local attractions.

The role requires strong communication, a guest-first mindset, and the stamina for an 8-hour shift. It offers competitive wages starting at $18.50/hour with opportunities to grow within Pursuit.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task while handling high-pressure situations.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push and pull items including guest luggage.
• Energetic and highly-motivated.
• Ability to work all days and shifts, mornings, evenings, weekends.
• High school or equivalent education.
• Bachelor's Degree or related technical school degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out guests professionally and efficiently.
• Coordinate to accommodate guest requests.
• Welcome and register arriving guests.
• Promote and sell rooms.
• Handle reservations by phone and in person.
• Respond to guest inquiries and general inquiries.
• Provide information on hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Communicate with other departments.
• Resolve guest concerns and complaints.
• Perform assorted clerical duties and maintain a clean work environment.
