Job summary

Days-Hospitality-Limited is seeking a Banquet Server to greet guests, assist with service, and help create memorable event experiences in a hotel setting. You will collaborate with the team to set up banquet spaces and ensure smooth dining operations throughout events.

The role requires flexibility to work various shifts, strong guest service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Certifications for service and responsible beverage service are preferred.

Qualifications

• Some experience in guest/customer service and/or Food and Beverage.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Serving it Right (BC) or ProServe (AB) certification, Smart Server (ON)

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Set up banquet space and assist with service according to event plans.
• Take orders, relay to kitchen/bartenders, and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain cleanliness and attend to guest needs during events.
• Handle special requests and dietary considerations accurately.
