Job summary

Heritage Park is hiring a Banquet Server/Bartender to deliver exceptional hospitality during banquet functions. You will set tables, serve food and drinks, and ensure compliance with safety and liquor policies while engaging visitors in a friendly, professional manner.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. The role offers a dynamic park setting, with free park access for employees and staff discounts, along with gratuities and a welcoming team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older for alcohol service.
• Alberta ProServe license required.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills in a client-facing setting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment and focus on guest needs.
• Police Information Check required; background assessed confidentially.

Responsibilities

• Serve all food and beverage items for banquet functions/events.
• Set and clear tables, provide professional, friendly service to guests.
• Follow safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
• Set up stationary and portable bars; transport inventory to locations.
• Prepare and serve drinks in a professional, engaging manner.
• Manage beverage inventory according to policies and procedures.
• Assist with venue setups and organization as required.
• Provide a welcoming atmosphere and respond to guest inquiries.
