Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise in Banff National Park is seeking an Assistant Server to deliver high-standard hospitality. You will support servers and kitchen to ensure smooth dining experiences.

This role involves taking orders, coordinating with kitchen about allergens, bussing tables, restocking, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Weekend, holiday and overnight shifts may be required.

Responsibilities

• Collect food orders from the kitchen and present to guests in a timely, courteous manner
• Communicate with server & kitchen to ensure allergens & dietary restrictions are carried out properly
• Bussing and setting tables as required
• Restock supplies and dishes
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment, and actively participate in health and safety initiatives
