Job summary

Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise in Banff National Park is seeking a friendly Host to welcome guests, coordinate seating, and maintain a smooth dining room flow. You will ensure a memorable guest experience from arrival to departure while upholding high service standards.

The role requires at least 6 months of food and beverage experience, physical stamina, and proficiency with OpenTable and Silverware POS systems. Flexible shifts including holidays and weekends are possible.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months food and beverage experience.
• Physically fit to lift trays repeatedly, stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
• Proficient with POS systems (OpenTable & Silverware).

Responsibilities

Job Description

Join our team as a Host at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts and be the welcoming face of our dining experience. Create a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests, ensuring their visit is memorable from start to finish. In this role, you'll coordinate seating, assist with special requests, and maintain a smooth and efficient flow in the restaurant, all while upholding the highest standards of service and safety.

Pay Rate: $19.94/hour
Start Date: August 2026

Job Duties Include
