Job summary

Sienna Senior Living is seeking a Guest Attendant for Aspira Brants Landing in Brantford, ON. The role focuses on enriching residents' daily lives through compassionate, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, responding to call bells, supporting mobility and transportation, and maintaining grooming and cleanliness standards. The position offers a competitive hourly rate and benefits as part of our care team.

Qualifications

• Provide ongoing cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual support; oral and dental care.
• Complete laundry and housekeeping duties as outlined by assignments.

As a Guest Attendant, you’ll form a deep understanding of your residents and their living experience. You will build relationships with the residents and their family members, offering a variety of support options and program choices that enrich their daily health and well-being. • Assist with transporting residents to and from their rooms, recreational activities, health office and dining room as required
• Provide ongoing cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual support; as well as oral and dental care
• Completing laundry and housekeeping duties as outlined by assignments

What you need to know:

• Grade 12 minimum education required
• You have ‘Safe Serve’ designation and one year experience in dining room service
• You must be legally eligible to work in Canada or have a valid work/study permit
• You must successfully pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
• Sienna Senior Living may utilize artificial Intelligence to screen or assess applicants for this position
