Job summary

Sienna Living in Brantford, ON is seeking a Guest Attendant for Aspira Brants Landing. You will build relationships with residents and support daily living activities in a caring, fast-paced home.

The position offers an hourly wage of CAD 18.53–19.27 and a benefits package including health and dental, vacation, and growth opportunities. Candidates must have Grade 12, Safe Serve, and be eligible to work in Canada.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 minimum education required
• You have ‘Safe Serve’ designation and one year experience in dining room service
• You must be legally eligible to work in Canada or have a valid work/study permit
• You must successfully pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
• Sienna Senior Living may utilize artificial Intelligence to screen or assess applicants for this position

• Answering all resident call bells and door alarms promptly and provides courteous service
• Ensures that residents own personal grooming is appropriate and uniform/dress is clean, tidy and according to dress code
• Assist with transporting residents to and from their rooms, recreational activities, health office and dining room as required
• Provide ongoing cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual support; as well as oral and dental care
• Completing laundry and housekeeping duties as outlined by assignments

What you need to know:
