Job summary

Chartwell Retirement Residences in Canada is seeking a Guest Attendant to provide compassionate personal care and daily living support to our residents. You’ll help with mobility, meals, and daily routines, creating a warm, dignified home where seniors feel valued and safe.

You’ll follow individualized care plans, assist with laundry and light housekeeping, and respond to family concerns with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal care, laundry, food service or support services.
• Secondary school education; post-secondary training in a care field preferred.
• Ability to read, follow and communicate instructions effectively.
• Demonstrated empathy, patience, and understanding of seniors’ needs.
• Maintain high hygiene standards and safety with equipment.
