Chartwell Retirement Residences in Windsor, Ontario is seeking a compassionate Guest Attendant to provide personal care and daily support to our residents, helping them live comfortably, safely and with dignity. You’ll assist with mobility, meals, laundry, light housekeeping, and follow care plans, while maintaining high hygiene and safety standards.

Flexible hours and a welcoming team culture are offered. The role emphasizes empathy, teamwork, and reporting concerns to the Health and Wellness

Qualifications

• Experience in personal care, laundry, food service, or support services.
• Secondary education; post-secondary care training preferred.
• Ability to read, follow, and communicate instructions effectively.
• Demonstrated empathy, patience, and understanding of seniors’ needs.
• Maintain high hygiene standards, work safely with equipment, and manage time well.

• Ability to work flexible hours as needed
• Good physical and mental health to meet the demands of the role
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, bend, lift, carry, push, and pull heavy items
• Preparedness to respond to emergency situations
• Willingness to wear personal protective equipment as required
• Clear Criminal Background Check, VSS and TB Test where required
