Workleap, a Montreal-based tech company, seeks a GTM Architect, Expansion & Retention to design, build and ship AI agents that turn usage and renewal signals into saved renewals and cross-sell opportunities. This embedded engineering role strengthens GTM with an agent-first approach across existing customers.

You’ll connect product usage, support, and renewal signals into agents, reduce friction, and shape how sales and account teams act on insights using low-code stacks and HubSpot.

Qualificações

• Experience in RevOps, GTM/marketing or customer success operations.
• Hands-on with low-code orchestration like n8n/Make/Zapier and API integrations.
• Strong LLM workflow design: orchestration, tools, evaluation and shipping AI agents.
• SQL to query, validate usage, support and renewal data.
• CRM fluency, especially HubSpot, and data model understanding.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build and ship AI agents and agentic workflows to protect renewals.
• Grow revenue from existing customers via agentic cross-sell motions.
• Define the signals needed and validate data with SQL before acting.
• Replace manual workflows with reusable pipeline modules for ownership by teams.
• Own reporting on pipeline, conversions, renewals and revenue impact; run experiments.
• Drive adoption with SOPs, demos and handoff docs to ensure usage.
