General Motors of Canada is seeking a GSC Business Manager to coordinate business planning, performance management, and financial forecasting for the Oshawa Assembly. This onsite role requires coordinating with GSC leaders and cross-functional teams to drive cost management, safety, and compliance across the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, operations, business planning, finance, analytics, or continuous improvement.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and digital reporting or visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate GSC business planning routines, including KPI reviews, BPD updates, action tracking, and plant and business plan meetings.
• Analyze financial information, complete monthly true-ups, and support forecasting and cost-management activities.
• Partner with GSC leaders and cross-functional teams to identify issues, improve processes, and support execution of business priorities.
• Support safety, training, dangerous goods, export compliance, and workplace transportation requirements through accurate tracking, reporting, and follow-up.
• Prepare and communicate clear updates, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Contribute to GMS, continuous improvement, employee engagement, and One Team initiatives.
• Support digital enablement within GSC by helping develop and implement dashboards, workflow improvements, automation, and AI-enabled solutions that improve visibility, decision-making, and productivity.
