Care Possible is a technology-enabled social enterprise seeking a Business Development professional to grow Manitoba reach and impact. You will research markets, engage partners, and coordinate growth initiatives while delivering strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, partnerships, market research, project coordination, or related areas.
• Diploma or degree in business, commerce, public administration, community development, health administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with confidence engaging stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Research markets, engage prospective partners, coordinate growth initiatives and implement next steps.
• Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, government stakeholders, funders, and other partners.
• Prepare business cases, timelines, budgets, and performance measures; lead growth projects from planning to launch.
