Job summary

Aurora Furniture Manufacturing Ltd. in Calgary is seeking a detail‑oriented Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator to optimize procurement, logistics, and inventory control, ensuring smooth movement of materials.

You will coordinate orders, track shipments, and maintain ERP records, collaborating with procurement, finance, production, and sales to meet company goals; SAP and MS Office proficiency are a plus, and Chinese language skills are an asset.

Qualifications

• Diploma in procurement, supply chain, business administration, or related field.
• Experience in supply chain is helpful but not required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Chinese language is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee processing of purchase orders and ensure timely procurement.
• Track and coordinate orders, deliveries, and shipments for on-time receipt.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with logistics providers.
• Resolve shipping or delivery issues to minimize disruptions.
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchase orders as needed.
• Input and update data into ERP systems to track materials.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, production, and sales teams.
• Prepare reports on supply chain performance including timelines and inventory status.
