Job summary

Design Electronics in Niagara Falls, Canada, is seeking a Sales Coordinator to drive discipline in the sales engine. You will stay in regular contact with clients, manage quotes, and keep our CRM data current to support the sales team.

The role reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing and offers a growth path toward inside sales for the right candidate, with day-to-day activities focused on keeping opportunities moving and ensuring timely follow-ups.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in sales support, sales coordination or CRM administration.
• Clear written communication; reports and briefs stand on their own.
• Ability to support several salespeople without losing track of ownership.

Responsibilities

• Make daily calls and check-ins with active and dormant client accounts.
• Keep opportunity records current in ConnectWise: owner, stage, value, probability, next step and next-touch date.
• Prepare and update the pipeline tracker and dashboard before weekly sales meeting; capture commitments and follow up to close.
• Ensure every issued quote has a follow-up date to avoid stale proposals.
• Maintain and enrich target-account list as we expand into new markets.
• Flag clients/projects for service and support agreement conversations.
• Prepare tender materials as you settle in the role.
• Deliver a weekly sales activity summary.
