This is a mission-driven FinTech client seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist (Freelance, Remote) to lead B2C acquisition efforts targeting individuals and families dealing with gambling-related challenges. The role involves hands-on management of multi-channel marketing, including paid search, paid social, SEO, content strategy, and influencer outreach. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience across multiple channels, and sensitivity to healthcare or behavioural health communications.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, content marketing, influencer outreach).
  • Analyze and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights and KPIs.
  • Create and manage content strategies tailored to behavioural health audiences.
  • Identify and test new acquisition channels to expand reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine messaging and audience targeting.
  • Monitor and improve conversion funnels across digital platforms.
  • Ensure all marketing materials align with the brand’s voice and sensitivity around addiction counselling.

Requirements

  • Experience in growth marketing, preferably in a B2C context.
  • Proven success managing multiple digital channels (Google Ads, Facebook, SEO, email, influencer campaigns).
  • Strong analytical skills—familiar with A/B testing, attribution models, and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of behavioural health or healthcare industries and appropriate communication tone.
  • Experience with sensitive, mission-driven messaging and audience empathy.
  • Highly autonomous, proactive, and reliable—capable of working independently within a lean team.
