Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will lead targeting, budget decisions, and roadmap creation, acting as the strategic voice in client discussions.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, with a focus on performance, attribution accuracy, and long-term client growth. Remote role with US/Canada client interactions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized campaigns.
• Proven track record of ROAS/CPA improvement across multiple clients.
• Agency experience managing several clients simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Allocate budgets, bid strategically, target precisely and test creatives.
• Implement reliable conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and present the story behind the numbers.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
