Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will steer targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and client storytelling during calls with leadership and clients alike.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, focus on ROAS/CPA improvements, and communicate clearly with US clients on live calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: built, run and optimized campaigns yourself.
• Proven track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up and trust conversion tracking and attribution: GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and present the narrative behind the numbers.
• Drive account growth: retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Growth Marketing Manager you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
