Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager focused on driving growth and adoption of Voyage AI by MongoDB. You will develop lifecycle experiences and campaigns across email, in-product, content, and emerging channels for a technical audience.

You will partner with Product, Analytics, and Data Science to identify opportunities, run experiments, and optimize the customer journey from discovery to expansion. A strategic, hands-on marketer with strong writing skills is ideal.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B growth marketing experience with product-led growth and lifecycle focus.
• Experience designing cross-sell/up-sell strategies to expand adoption.
• Deep understanding of marketing to developers/technical audiences.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM ecosystems and how developers build AI apps.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product to identify opportunities across the customer journey to drive activation and adoption.
• Design and run experiments across audiences, messaging, channels, and experiences to optimize performance.
• Develop and execute growth strategies with cross-functional teams from ideation through launch and optimization.
• Create and curate content to drive awareness and adoption, supporting funnels and lifecycle stages.
• Perform product, market, and customer analyses to identify growth drivers and opportunities.
