Phorest powers 11,000 hair and beauty salons using our software across the globe. Our aim is to capture 25% of the market globally – that’s one million salons and a billion-dollar company.

We are growing and would like to add a new member to our team. You will join a group of highly motivated individuals, to help us grow Phorest faster.

The Opportunity

The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns and brand strategy that drive customer acquisition, and overall brand awareness for Phorest in North America. The role will include ownership of SEO, PPC, content marketing, email campaigns, and paid marketing channels and media investment. This position is key in driving the company's marketing goals through effective, data-driven marketing.

What You'll Do
  • Digital Campaign Strategy & Planning:
    • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, paid social, email marketing, and display ads, aligned with Phorest’s business goals.

    • Collaborate with the Head of Sales and Marketing to set clear objectives, KPIs, and performance targets for each campaign, channel and the overall marketing strategy.

    • Oversee the development and execution of high-impact campaigns that drive qualified leads for the sales team, nurture prospects, and grow customer engagement.

  • Marketing Performance:
    • Work with the Global team to track and analyze organic traffic, conversion rates, and keyword performance to improve SEO rankings over time..

    • Work with the global content team to ensure SEO best practices are applied in all website content, blog posts, and landing pages.

  • Lead Generation Campaigns:
    • Work closely with global demand generation teams to develop paid marketing campaign across all digital and traditional media channels

    • Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and manage budget allocation to ensure optimal ROI.

    • Optimize performance of digital campaigns by ongoing testing of ad creative, copy, landing pages and audience targeting, to deliver improved lead conversion rates and reduced cost-per-acquisition (CPA).

  • Content Marketing & Email Campaigns:
    • Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality digital content that drives traffic and conversions, including blog posts, eBooks, case studies, and infographics.

    • Develop email marketing strategies to nurture leads through the sales funnel, ensuring personalized, automated email sequences that increase engagement and conversions.

  • Data-Driven Campaign Optimization:
    • Analyze the performance of digital campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email, and social, using analytics platforms like Google Analytics and SEMrush, or systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce and Outreach.

    • Provide actionable insights and recommend adjustments based on data, including refining targeting, improving ad copy, and optimizing landing page performance.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with sales, product marketing, and customer success teams to ensure campaign messaging aligns with customer pain points and Phorest’s value proposition.

    • Collaborate with the demand gen team to refine audience segmentation strategies, targeting new potential customers and markets across North America.

  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
    • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing tactics to continuously optimize campaigns and stay ahead of the curve.

    • Conduct regular competitor audits to analyze PPC performance, SEO rankings, and overall digital marketing strategies.

Who You Are
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, lead generation and brand development, with a strong focus on SEO, PPC, and data-driven campaign management.

  • Proven experience running successful digital campaigns across search engines, social media platforms, and email marketing.

  • Experience using tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and email automation platforms.

  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy, brand building and the commercial effects and importance of effective marketing strategies.

  • Strong knowledge of marketing campaign planning and social media marketing including Google Ads and social media ad platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Detailed understanding of marketing channels reporting, understanding key metrics across the various platforms and how to report on channel performance individually and as a consolidated marketing plan.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and email campaign platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.).

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms used by sales teams (e.g. Salesforce).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • Availability to travel for team meetings or industry events as required.

  • Experience in the beauty, salon, or wellness industry is preferred.

  • Familiarity with Phorest Salon Software or other similar SaaS platforms is a plus.

  • Graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools) are a plus.
