As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to join our MSP Corp team.
About The Role
The Regional Marketing Manager at MSP Corp is a key player within our national marketing team, responsible for supporting the National Director of Marketing in driving both regional and national marketing initiatives. This role involves a diverse range of activities, from lead generation and social media management to vendor-funded programs, ensuring cohesive and effective strategies that align with our overall business objectives.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Employment Type: 12-month maternity leave contract
- Work Mode: Remote
What You Will Do
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies at both regional and national levels.
- Oversee the creation, planning, and distribution of content across social media platforms.
- Manage engagement on social media and respond to comments and inquiries.
- Plan, promote, and execute webinars and virtual events.
- Coordinate event logistics, speakers, and participant experience.
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotions).
- Segment email lists and personalize content for targeted audiences.
- Analyze the performance of campaigns (social media, email, events) and make data-driven adjustments.
- Manage vendor-funded marketing programs, ensuring compliance with requirements.
- Collaborate with vendors to develop co-branded marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Work closely with sales teams and other departments to support business objectives.
- Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all channels.
- Contribute to website content management and compile data from customer surveys.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, accessibility, and ethical marketing standards.
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance with actionable recommendations.
- Support the National Director of Marketing in business development initiatives.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in a marketing role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, and CRM systems.
- Strong ability to analyze market data and campaign performance metrics.
- Proven experience in leading and collaborating with a team of marketing professionals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support both regional and national marketing efforts.
- Strong project management abilities to oversee multiple marketing projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of business principles, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
- French Language Proficiency (an asset).
