Job summary

EQ Bank, Canadas Challenger Bank, is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager for Reverse Mortgage. You will own growth initiatives from ideation to implementation, lead nurture campaigns, and build referral partnerships to drive customer acquisition.

You will collaborate with marketing, sales and product teams, translating analytics into actionable growth strategies while evolving the marketing mix across channels and campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in a similar role.
• Post-secondary education in Marketing or Communications or related field.
• Experience launching digital marketing programs with multiple teams, stakeholders and service providers/vendors.
• Ability to translate digital analytics into business insights and data-informed recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Define growth marketing strategy across paid and non-paid channels, partnerships and referrals.
• Lead experimentation to improve conversion funnel metrics (traffic, lead conversions, applications).
• Lead website design, landing pages and calculators to improve conversion and understand target customers.
• Design and establish lead nurture campaigns using online and offline tactics (CRM, direct mail).
• Translate performance data into strategic growth recommendations and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Develop content strategies for 55+ consumers and their families.
• Establish new referral sources and partner networks to capture referrals.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and sales to monitor acquisition metrics.
