Job description

Monite lets neobanks and other FinTech SaaS platforms embed financial workflows like invoicing, payables automation, expense management, and accounting for their clients. A comprehensive set of developer tools, including SDKs and widgets, coupled with world-class APIs, dramatically reduces integration times for partners. Monite allows B2B platforms to offer a broad range of financial products to their customers, optimizing efficiency, quality, and user-experience, all while generating additional revenue. The company is backed by Valar, Third Prime, founders of Klarna, Mollie and Nium, and execs from Plaid and PayPal.

We are looking for a junior-mid-level ambitious individual to help us with all growth marketing efforts. It is very helpful if you have experience in executing growth strategies, creating content, doing growth hacks, and finding creative approaches to demand generation.

You will report to our VP of Revenue and execute innovative marketing strategies to drive up demand and the company's growth. You'll interact with all company teams and be very much in the loop of how the business develops and grows.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain customer updates newsletter
• Learn to operate our marketing tech stack and execute strategy
• Maintain social media (LinkedIn etc)
• Find market niches with high pain and low supply for what we do

Requirements

• Growth mindset - you're a fast learner who is reflective, gets feedback and gets better very fast
• High level of awareness and emotional intelligence is a must
• Technical acumen and knowledge of marketing tools and approaches, including AI
• You're organized and structured
• You are very efficient with your time and resources
• Your written English is excellent - you are likely to write some smaller content pieces yourself to test things
• You can organize the work of other people / freelancers well - so we deliver on time and within budget
• You can do solid research, you're data-driven - and yet you don't overcomplicate things
• You have the ability to understand concepts fast
• You work hard and do what it takes - it's not a 9 to 5 job, but we do offer flexibility
