Job description

Inbound Customer Service Specialist Permanent Work From Home Available
  • Minimum of five (5) shifts per week (Monday through to Friday) between 8:00AM to 10:00PM and occasional Saturday shifts between 8:00AM to 5:00PM as business requires.
  • Offering guaranteed base of $18.95 per hour as well as hourly performance bonus of between $0 - $3.00,
  • $300.00 to $400.00 annual benefit health spending reimbursement plan for you and your family after 90 days of employment

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Genuine eagerness to help customers with care, professionalism and diplomacy
  • Exceptionally polite, friendly and courteous
  • Demonstrate good listening skills to help customers with their concerns while maintaining composure at all times
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills that allows others to work effectively and productively within a diverse environment
  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and typing with attention to detail
  • Proven ability for data entry and typing skill with minimum 35 WPM
  • Ability to efficiently multi-task
  • Previous experience in utility or communications industry is not required but is an asset.

Work From Home Requirements:

  • Quiet, dedicated room free of background noise
  • Ability to connect the computer from a router - wireless preferred
  • Windows PC recommended
  • Operating System: Windows 10
  • Full, standard sized keyboard with Function Keys (F1-F12) and a number pad
  • Two monitors if available
  • Webcam - for training and coaching purposes
  • Headset provided (microphone and headset)
  • Unlimited high-speed internet
  • Unlimited Canada wide long-distance calling/cellphone calling plan
  • Ability to provide your own ethernet cable

Location:

In the heart of downtown Toronto, in a bright, beautiful professional building, brick walls and 13' ceilings - 2 minutes from Union Station subway station & Go Transit.

Hours of Operation:

Monday to Friday between 8 am – 10 pm

Can you offer superior customer service in a fast-paced work environment? You will be providing a wide range of inbound customer service. Key responsibilities including, bill explanation, account maintenance and collections. As a member of our team, Specialists occasionally assist in the selection, training, development, coaching, and performance of team members to provide customers with superior customer service experience.
