Hi! I’m Lawrence, founder of JazzUpCo, one of the fastest-growing home brands in the US that redefines how people experience modern dining and the home lifestyle.

Our vision is simple: when people think of beautifully designed, high-quality flatware and homeware, they think of JazzUpCo.

We’ve scaled our brand massively with the help of top-tier agencies — and now, we’re building our in-house marketing team, starting with you.

This is a rare and only opportunity to be our first marketing hire, with a clear path to grow into a leadership role and build and lead the team alongside us as we scale.

With strong momentum in the US, we’ve started expanding globally . The journey ahead is big, and we’re just getting started.

Your Role and Growth Path

This role is designed to grow with you. You’ll start by learning our systems through 1-on-1 mentorship, hands-on training, and close collaboration with our agencies and marketing consultant.

From there, you’ll take ownership of daily marketing execution.

Day-to-day, you’ll:

  • Coordinate with agency partners (media buying, creatives, email marketing, website optimizations)
  • Review and approve deliverables — scripts, creatives, campaigns
  • Drive teams toward clear goals, keep projects on track, and continuously test and optimize performance

As you build momentum and deliver results, you’ll take on more — leading growth initiatives like influencer outreach, organic social content, and new channels like Amazon, TikTok, SEO, and affiliate marketing.

We move fast, communicate openly (using Slack and emojis included ), keeping things human and collaborative. Good work doesn’t get buried in layers here — you’ll have real ownership, real impact, and the space to bring your ideas to life.

With the right drive and execution, this role is built to scale with you — into Marketing Manager and, eventually, Head of Marketing as we grow the team together.

At the end of this onboarding and probation phase, if we’re aligned and excited to move forward together, your position will be confirmed as a full-time team member — with continued mentorship, support, and a clear path for growth ahead.
