Yellow House Systems, a Vancouver-based consultancy, is seeking a hands‑on paid traffic specialist to drive client campaigns. You will launch and optimize Meta ads, coordinate creatives, and monitor performance to hit ROI targets within 30–40 days of onboarding.

You’ll work directly with clients, supported by our team, and be accountable for outcomes beyond button‑pushing. Expect a fast‑paced environment with coaching and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years running Meta campaigns with measurable ROAS.
• Experience coordinating cross‑team efforts for ads and creatives.
• Strong ability to analyze performance data and optimize budgets.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch Meta ad campaigns for clients.
• Coordinate creative and copy production.
• Monitor daily ad performance (CPL, CTR, CPM, ROAS).
• Run weekly tests on audiences, creatives, and placements.
• Identify and flag issues early and escalate as needed.
• Report results in Airtable and internal syncs.
• Collaborate with CSMs and performance strategists to hit ROI goals.
• Manage multiple dozens of clients with clear priorities.
• Explain what’s working and what to test next.
