Bring hands-on ecommerce scaling experience with measurable results (CPA, ROAS). You will collaborate with clients, editors, and UGC creators to build winning ad variations and scale what works.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ecommerce scaling with measurable results (CPA/ROAS).
• Proven Meta and TikTok ads management for DTC/eCommerce.
• Bonus: own Shopify store or ecommerce brand experience.
• Ability to craft creative briefs and scripts; strong data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media strategy for DTC/eCommerce clients on Meta and TikTok.
• Build creative testing roadmaps and write briefs for editors.
• Manage ad budgets per client from 30k to 1m per month.
• Diagnose full funnel issues and optimize offers/conversions.
• Communicate results and next steps clearly with clients.
• Collaborate with UGC creators and editors on ad variations.
