Job summary

Western Financial Group is hiring an Insurance Advisor in Drumheller, Alberta. You will provide quotes and sell new home and auto policies by phone, in person, and by email, while building lasting customer relationships and meeting sales targets.

No experience is required if training is provided for the right candidate, and a General Level 1 Insurance License is an asset. Strong computer skills and professional communication are essential.

Qualifications

• No prior insurance experience required; training provided for unlicensed candidates.
• General Level 1 Insurance License is an asset.
• Proficient with multiple computer programs and software.
• Ability to communicate professionally in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Experience meeting sales targets in a similar role is a plus.
• Experience with EPIC is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide quotes and sell new policies to customers by phone, in-person, and email.
• Assist customers with home and auto policy purchases.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to meet sales targets.
• Follow up on client accounts to resolve outstanding activities.
• Conduct sales calls for new business and renewal calls for existing customers.
