Job summary

Dropbox seeks a Senior FP&A Partner to shape growth across our core business. You will serve as a strategic partner to Product leadership, building driver-based models that connect product performance to revenue and profitability.

You will evaluate growth initiatives, pricing, and resource allocation, developing business cases with transparent returns and risks. You will collaborate across Product, Finance, Data Science, and Marketing to set targets, track success metrics, and drive AI-enabled,

Qualifications

Eight or more years of FP&A or related experience.
Advanced financial modeling and driver-based forecasting.
Experience with SaaS metrics: ARR, churn, LTV, etc.
Ability to translate data into actionable insights and business cases.

Responsibilities

Serve as strategic thought partner to Product leadership for short- and long-term direction.
Build driver-based models linking product performance to revenue, ARR, retention, and profitability.
Evaluate growth initiatives, pricing strategies, and resource allocation with rigorous analysis.
Develop business cases and scenario analyses with clear returns, risks, and tradeoffs.
Partner across Product, Finance, Data Science, and Marketing to set targets and measure performance.
Identify trends and opportunities, delivering clear recommendations to senior leaders.
